Tradition Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is often defined as an ancient healing system, dating back over 5,000 years, it uses holistic and natural approaches to restore the balance of  internal organs of body, and body with mind and the environment, the life be in different aspects, such as our environment, our mental and emotional state, our diet and lifestyle, are equally important for a person’s well-being; when balanced, these aspects lead to steady wellness, both physical and emotional.

Base on the theory of  TCM, all organs and vital functions  and body with the environment are seen as one constant continuum, influencing, controlling and restraining one another, this means that   interior and exterior harmony can lead the good functioning of the whole body.

The goal of TCM is to stimulate the body’s innate healing ability and restore harmony by regulating, balancing and unblocking the flow of energy. Each modality (acupuncture, tuina, cupping and herbal medicine) of TCM accomplishes this in different ways.
